As long as I can remember I researched food and tried to figure out what to eat to help me feel my best. I was always amazed that something that got pulled from the ground or picked off a tree could have such amazing benefits for our bodies.
It wasn't long after that I became a huge advocate for fitness. As I dove further and further into fitness I noticed the confusion around diet and training. The word "diet" itself comes with so much confusion. I have always said to feel good you have to eat well, train hard and be nice. I want to take the confusion out of what your eating.
